Why it exists
It started with a recruiter tired of being measured on volume.
Samuel Sala spent years in recruitment at Hays, Glovo and Agicap. His job was to find the best talent for companies, but he was measured only on KPIs, not on candidate quality. “The process was broken,” he says.
When his employer found out he had a project of his own, they let him go. He was left “with no project and no job.” In 2023, with what he had at hand, he built a ChatGPT bot that wrote job descriptions, called it Mainder and started charging 9 dollars a month. He sums it up himself: “I made every mistake possible.”
A year later, that bot was an end-to-end hiring platform. Today recruiting agencies and in-house hiring teams across Europe and Latin America use it, and we keep asking the question from day one: how do we give recruiters back the time to choose well?

How much does Mainder cost?
You pay per user per month, across four plans: Starter, Core, Pro and Enterprise. The ATS is included from the first paid plan. Prices start at €39 per user per month billed annually, excluding VAT, and every plan's price is on our pricing page.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Free plan doesn't expire and doesn't ask for a card. It includes a monthly allowance of People Finder searches, enough to see which candidates it finds for one of your roles. Paid plans don't come with a trial period: we show you the ATS, multiposting and AI Hunt in a 20-minute demo with a real hiring process.
Does it work for agencies and in-house teams?
Yes. Recruiting agencies and headhunters use it, and so do people teams hiring for their own company. In the demo we show you the flow closest to yours.
Where do the candidates come from?
Three places: the agents' search across more than a billion profiles, your own candidate database, and applications from your careers site and the job boards you post to.
How do you protect our data?
Mainder is ISO 27001:2022 certified and has role-based permissions for every user. If your security team needs to review anything, write to hello@mainder.ai.
Which languages do you work in?
Mainder is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and the team supports you in all three.
What are your support hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 GMT+1 (GMT+2 in summer), except public holidays. You can write to hello@mainder.ai at any time, and a person on the team replies within those hours. If your company needs guaranteed response times, they are agreed in the contract.
