How much does Mainder cost?
You pay per user per month, across four plans: Starter, Core, Pro and Enterprise. The ATS is included from the first paid plan. Prices start at €39 per user per month billed annually, excluding VAT, and every plan's price is on our pricing page.
Is there a free trial?
Paid plans don't come with a trial period. What we do offer is a 30-minute demo with your real hiring process, so you can see Mainder working before you decide.
Does it work for agencies and in-house teams?
Yes. Recruiting agencies and headhunters use it, and so do people teams hiring for their own company. In the demo we show you the flow closest to yours.
Where do the candidates come from?
Three places: the agents' search across more than a million profiles, your own candidate database, and applications from your careers site and the job boards you post to.
How do you protect our data?
Mainder is ISO 27001:2022 certified and has role-based permissions for every user. If your security team needs to review anything, write to admin@mainder.ai.
Which languages do you work in?
Mainder is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and the team supports you in all three.
