What is a collaborative recruitment network?
It is a group of agencies and companies that voluntarily share candidate databases so that every member reaches talent it could not reach alone. Mainder Connect is one of the first of its kind in recruitment: participation is optional, each member decides what to share, and the value grows with every partner that joins.
Why would I collaborate with agencies that compete with me?
Because the scarce resource is rarely the candidate, it is the right candidate at the right moment.
